A Rakhine With Four Hand Bombs Was Arrested in Maung Daw

           According to a Rakhine who doesn’t want to be named, on 10^th of Nov 2012, Nasakas from 3-mile Nasaka Check-post, Maung Daw arrested a Rakhine, Maung Hla Kyaw s/o Mae Maung owner of “SHAY THOE” Color Photo service with hand bombs while he was crossing the check-point.
