A Rohingya Was Seriously Beaten By Military, Kyauk Taw Tsp

           On 11^th of Nov 2012, at about 12:30PM, Halaya s/o Siddik Ahmed from Appauk Wa village tract of Kyauk Taw township was asked to pay 50,000Ks by a military (two star) from no: 3077 Battalion. When Halaya couldn’t pay the money, he was seriously tortured. Now it is very difficult to be sure of his survival.
